From Highway 31 North/ Highway 280 West (Red Mountain Expressway) into Birmingham
Exit at 3rd Avenue South / 4th Avenue South dual exit
Turn right at bottom of exit ramp onto 26th Street South
Turn left at traffic light and head east on 4th Avenue South
Go six blocks and turn left onto 32nd Street South
Drive six blocks and turn left at dead-end of 32nd into Sloss Fright Furnace parking lot

From Highway 31 South / Highway 280 East (Red Mountain Expressway) into Birmingham
Exit at 1st Avenue North
Turn right at end of exit ramp and head east on 1st Avenue North crossing over the viaduct that runs through the middle of Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark
At end of bridge turn left at traffic light onto 34th Street North
Go one block and turn left at dead-end of 34th Street North onto 2nd Avenue North
Drive straight ahead into Sloss Fright Furnace parking lot

From I-65 North into Birmingham (Montgomery, Mobile)
Exit at 3rd Avenue North
Turn right at the end of exit ramp onto 3rd Avenue North
Turn right at any cross street heading south and drive two blocks to 1st Avenue North
